I have been trying to figure out how to share this podcast on my blog only as opposed to the social media outlets. Hopefully you can figure out how to open this site. If not search “Turning Point,” with Dr. David Jeremiah called, “the anatomy of praise.” This is a two part series so I will try share part two.
During my deep pit experience, my husband would tell me, “you have so much to be thankful for just think of it all and praise Him.” I could hardly bring myself to a point of breathing, eating, sleeping, never mind praising anyone. I had felt like the Lord left me. But eventually after my husbands many promptings I would put praise & worship music on. I would write scripture on index cards and take them everywhere with me. I’d tape them on my bathroom mirror or on the windshield of my vehicle.
This podcast speaks exactly of what my heart and mind needed me to do. To take my eyes off of myself and pour them into something else, someone else.
I pray it’s a blessing and encouragement to you as it was to me. A very good reminder of when anxiety pokes it’s ugly head within us, we have other options to help us overcome.
