This is just a super short post to share. I have been sharing my journey as I have progressed from 2013 until now but I really feel the need to speed ahead to the present. I feel that someone out there needs this information now!
Since 2013 I have been dead scared to take any kind of vitamins, medication, even cautious of certain foods! I had been fearful that they would trigger a panic attack lol! Yes that is how my beautiful brain works, I analyze EVERYTHING to death! Just ask my husband!
I thought this would be short but we shall see🙃 I am heading into that lovely, dare I say the word, menopause stage 😬 and just began to feel really overwhelmed again. We have had some huge health issues in my family of origin so that has not helped. I reached out to some older ladies to see what helped them but no advice. So I decided to go back to my doctor, she asked me what are you taking for vitamins and what is going on in your world right now? Haha I didn’t know where to start! She asked are you still going to school getting a bachelors degree? Yes. Are you still homeschooling your kids? Yes but they are older now so it’s a bit better. Are you still helping your husband on the Ranch? Yes. What vitamins are you taking? Vitamin D….
I told her my hesitation with all other vitamins, she said well it is vital to the wellbeing of your body to take the proper vitamins! She told me try these if your still down and full of anxiety we can try a low dose anti depressant (that isn’t addictive) for one year! I of course googled the anti depressant, major side effects such as anxiety🙃 panic attacks🙃depression🙃 loss of sex drive🙃🙃 and the list went on! Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying to not take anti depressants, they have worked for numerous people, just not for me.
In the meantime my kids were doing school projects, one researching chickens and the other cows. Well low and behold both of these animals need calcium, magnesium, vitamin D zinc, along with a few others. If chickens don’t get these they die, a cow will go into postpartum if they don’t get the proper nutrients! If it’s that important to animals what about us??
So it has been almost two months since I have taken the following vitamins and I have felt the absolute best in years!! I do have hypothyroidism so I have to be careful not to take any vitamins 4 hours after that pill which I take first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. About 10:30 I take the calcium/magnesium, right before lunch I take the B complex, right after lunch vitamin D & C, after supper calcium then at bed ionic magnesium citrate powder.

Now everyone’s body is different so please check with your doctor first, this is only what has or is working for me. I am thankful to the Lord for His wisdom!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart lean not on your own understanding in ALL your ways acknowledge HIM and HE shall direct your paths! Proverbs 3:5&6
